Ishani Agarwal

Co Founder

Ishani is a senior at Saratoga High School. From a young age, she has had a strong interest in STEM, particularly math, and more recently has developed an interest in CS. Since third grade, she’s competed in many math competitions such as AMC 10, AIME, and HMMT. She’s a five-time AIME qualifier, 3x USAJMO qualifier, and won 3rd place at the Math Prize For Girls Invitational. Ishani loves breaking down complex problems into simpler subparts and seeing the excitement on her students’ faces when they solve the problem. Ishani hopes to spread her love for STEM to the next generations and motivate them to pursue a future in STEM!

RIYA GUPTA

Riya is a senior at Harker and interested in many areas of STEM. From a young age, she developed a passion in mathematics and in the last few years has become an enthusiast in computer science and physics. She is a four time AIME qualifier, USAJMO qualifier, and was 6th place at the NorCal Mathcounts State Competition, making her the top female at the tournament. Along with coaching children in competition math for the past three years, she is president of her school's math club. Riya wants to spread her love of STEM to the future generation of girls to inspire them to reach their potential.

RAKSHETA KULKARNI

Hi! My name is Raksheta Kulkarni and I am a freshman at Irvine High School. I developed a newfound passion for robotics engineering during my years at Venado Middle School and I seek to build more experience in STEM through being a part of STEMPower4girls. Prior to joining the team, I worked with 3D printing equipment and software, Vex robots, the Raspberry pi (a small single-board computer), and currently, I am learning Python to aid my journey in STEM. I look forward to being a part of STEMPower4girls and creating a community for girls who are interested in STEM related careers!

STUTI AGARWAL

Stuti, a senior at Saratoga High School, is passionate about many areas in STEM. Since fourth grade, she has participated in many math competitions such as AMC 10, AIME, SMT, and Math Prize for Girls. She is a four time AIME qualifier, USAJMO qualifier, and was the MathCounts chapter countdown winner. In addition, she has been coaching children in competition math for the last two years, and is co-president for her school's computer science, math, and Women in STEM club. Stuti hopes that her enthusiasm and love for STEM will inspire young girls to pursue STEM and realize they are capable of changing the world.

Nikita Jain

Hi! My name is Nikita Jain, and I am currently a sophomore in high school. All throughout my elementary school years, I have loved studying subjects in STEM, and participating in science fairs, workshops, and STEM camps! I have been a part of robotics, my school’s Applied Science, Engineering and Math programs, and I have also participated in an ISS program in which I worked with coding Python and building breadboards. I am passionate about STEMpower4girls’ main initiative and it’s mission to motivate young girls to taking careers in STEM, and I look forward to doing my part of helping build this amazing community!

NIDHI VADLAMUDI

Nidhi is a senior at Saratoga High School. She is passionate about math, programming and robotics, is an avid reader, and has participated in many competitions since 2nd grade. She got a perfect score on AMC8, is a two time AIME qualifier, a two time Math Prize for Girls invitee and MathCounts State competition qualifier. She also participated in spelling competitions and was winner of North America Spelling Champion Challenge and a two time finalist at the Scripps National Spelling Bee. She coached her middle school math club and really enjoys explaining concepts. Nidhi hopes she can inspire young girls to pursue STEM fields.
